Concho County Hospital Purchases New Virus Protection Technology for Concho & Menard County School Districts

Eden, TX - Concho County Hospital (CCH) in Eden recently purchased new technology allowing the mass production of one of the safest and most effective cleaning solutions -hypochlorous acid (HOCL). HOCL is 100x more effective than bleach, EPA approved, and safe to use in hospitals, homes, and schools.

This technology is manufactured at Tulsa, Oklahoma by Service Wing Organic Solutions and is used across the world in fire departments, police departments, nursing homes, correctional facilities, hospitals and now in Concho and Menard County Schools thanks to Concho County Hospital.

CCH purchased three Service Wing Organic Solutions anolyte generators for use in the following school districts - Eden CISD, Paint Rock ISD, and Menard ISD. It allows each school district to produce HOCL in large quantities at a very affordable cost.

“Here at Eden CISD the impact we have seen with the anolyte generators has been quick and positive.” Misty Gandy, Eden CISD Superintendent, said. “We have replaced many of the cleaning solutions that are normally purchased through outside vendors with what is generated here in our own district. We are able to quickly clean and sanitize areas to minimize the spread of germs and viruses.”

This multipurpose solution replaces all of their cleaning products and controls contamination of viral, bacterial, mold, and fungus transmission, including Flu, Strep, and Covid-19.

“Our bodies naturally produce HOCL,’” Kelly Mull, a partner at Service Wing Organic Solutions said. “It helps us fight off infections and pathogens that our bodies encounter. This technology is simply mimicking what our body is already producing, making it more effective and safer than common disinfectants, like bleach.”

Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) is derived from salt, water and electricity. HOCL is one of nature’s oldest and most reliable disinfectants. It is a naturally occurring chemical that is produced by white blood cells to fight off pathogens. This one-step disinfectant is safe to apply around people and animals, without the additional use of gloves, masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE).
